We want you to love your hair as much as your new Tangle Teezer, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for any unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hairbrushes that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused hairbrushes in their original retail packaging and include the printed return slip inside the shipping box.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
